“Clear test check-ins” deletes only check-ins dated outside Oct 6–8 (tests and the dry run); event-day check-ins and the RSVP list are kept. “Clear everything” is for after the event: it only works once every check-in has been shared. Afterwards, also delete the RSVP and check-in CSV files from Files.
